Pyrimidine, privileged scaffold, part living organisms plays vital role in various biological procedures as well pathogenesis. Due resemblance structure nucleotide base pair DNA RNA, recognized valuable compound cancer. Main text Many pyrimidine derivatives have been designed developed their activity last few years.
